With our in-house CNC manufacturing facility, we control every step of production — from raw sheet metal punching and laser cutting to bending, fabrication and powder coating — ensuring consistent quality and rapid delivery.

VIPROS 255 — 20 Ton, 1250 × 2500 mm capacity for precision punching of every panel and frame.
RG 100 — 100 Ton, 3100 mm. Ensures precise, repeatable bending angles across all rack profiles.
ADH 3015 — 1500 × 3000 mm bed. High-speed laser cutting for clean, burr-free edges on every part.
Anti-corrosion pre-treatment process ensuring maximum adhesion and durability of the finish coat.
Electrostatic powder coating provides an even, durable finish in any specified RAL colour.
Welding, assembly, hardware fitting and final inspection — all done in-house for quality control.
